The Airforce, well all military units across the globe come across criticism, so establishing a clear sense of communication guidelines.  <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalnerdy.com\/2008\/12\/30\/the-air-forces-rules-of-engagement-for-blogging\/\">Joey DeVilla for posting this<\/a>, who learned of this from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webinknow.com\/2008\/12\/the-us-air-force-armed-with-social-media.html\">David Meerman Scott<\/a> who was in contact with Capt. Faggard who&#8217;s involved with the Airforce&#8217;s social media team:  <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/AFPAA\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.airforcelive.blogspot.com\/\">and a blogspot blog<\/a>, (I&#8217;m surprised they don&#8217;t have their own blog on the airforce websites, so we&#8217;re going off David&#8217;s word that this is authentic) <\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot to be learned from this military diagram that can be applied to corporations or even your personal blogging efforts.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/jeremiah_owyang\/3154057414\/\" title=\"Air Force Blog Assessment by jeremiah_owyang, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3207\/3154057414_f797f3fc16_o.jpg\" width=\"482\" height=\"650\" alt=\"Air Force Blog Assessment\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On a personal note, my Grandfather was a decorated Lieutenant in General Patton&#8217;s 9th Army AirForce station in Europe in WW2, he flew a P47 Thunderbolt, and was one of the very few Chinese American pilots in the war.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/jeremiah_owyang\/272634303\/\">You can see clippings of an article that featured him (the beautiful lady is my Grandmother).<\/a> The plane?
