For each report (one of our products) we’ve a rating system, and the ability for customers to leave comments. Quite frankly, I only see a few, and I’d like to get more feedback. Why? I want to improve and make sure that I’m doing everything I can to help our customers answer questions about my coverage area in social computing.<\/p>\n
