{"id":2478,"date":"2008-05-15T10:29:22","date_gmt":"2008-05-15T17:29:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.web-strategist.com\/blog\/2008\/05\/15\/what-do-you-think-compete-does\/"},"modified":"2008-05-15T13:20:05","modified_gmt":"2008-05-15T20:20:05","slug":"what-do-you-think-compete-does","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web-strategist.com\/blog\/2008\/05\/15\/what-do-you-think-compete-does\/","title":{"rendered":"What do you think Compete does?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m having lunch with the CEO of Compete Scott Ernst, after speaking at his client event, we&#8217;re kidding each other about who&#8217;s blog is better, in fact there&#8217;s been two rankings about it, <a href=\"http:\/\/adage.com\/power150\/\">Ad age<\/a> and we&#8217;re at a photo finish over at <a href=\"http:\/\/technobabble2dot0.wordpress.com\/2008\/02\/18\/top-100-analyst-blogs-2\/\">technobabble<\/a>, .  Many of you may be familiar with compete.com, but they do more than that.  <\/p>\n<p>In his presentation I learned a lot more about what they do, but over lunch, I just told him that awareness is very low: &#8220;Until today, I had no idea these other services you provide&#8221;.
