The card was a nice touch, as they realized I&#8217;m overloaded with emails and messages and pitches. <\/p>\n<p>One of the chapters in their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socialmediaready.com\/\">social media marketing book<\/a> is on blogger outreach.
